Although we always try to include data in all fields for each grant, in some cases grants may have one or more fields of information missing from them, such as funding amounts, researcher names or abstracts. This happens because that information was not available from the funder when the information was integrated into Dimensions. In some cases this information may be included in future datasets from the funder, in which case these will appear in Dimensions with following data updates. In other cases this is because it is the policy of the funder not to make that data available at all. For example, the European Commission does not include researcher names with their funded grant information.
