Yes. Although the majority of information in Dimensions is in English, we do include many documents which are not originally in English. This includes publications, grants, and patents. With foreign language publications, we do not currently translate the contents, however with the grants and patents data we use machine translation of abstracts and titles. In the case of grants, we display both the translated abstract and the original abstract on the grant record page, with the advantage that the document can be found in a search either by searching for the English or original language words.
For publications, the references/citations between documents are identified and listed in Dimensions regardless of the language in which the publications are written - meaning English-language publications may receive citations from non-English language articles, and vice versa.
