You can easily identify how much attention a publication has by looking at the Altmetric Attention Score for any publication.

The Altmetric Attention Score is a representation of how much attention a publication has had, calculated using the collection of all identified mentions of that publication that could be found. Publications in Dimensions have their Altmetric Attention Scores displayed below the title in the search results:

As well as on the details page for the article.

Clicking the Altmetric Badge will then direct you to a details page about the publication and the attention it received.
