Results in any given results list can be listed in order of "Relevance". Relevance in Dimensions is defined by searching for the keyword(s) in the whole corpus of data, and then assigning relative scores to results which have a match for those keywords. This score is based on a group of criteria such as how many times the keywords are found, as a proportion of the total text, and whether they are found in the title or abstract or both. The higher the score, the more "relevant" the document will be in the results list.
